Itinerary
07:30 — Pickup in Dong Hoi
Meet the vehicle and Moterra guide at the airport, railway station, hotel or agreed city-centre meeting point.
08:00 — Journey to Phong Nha–Ke Bang
Travel approximately 45 km through villages, green fields and limestone mountains. Your guide introduces the local history, culture and national park ecosystem.
09:30 — Explore Phong Nha Cave
Cruise along the Son River into the cave. Discover its cool underground river and limestone formations while learning about the geology of Phong Nha–Ke Bang.
11:30 — Local lunch
Enjoy Quang Tri dishes at a local restaurant and rest before the afternoon activities.
13:00 — Hava Valley
Swim, kayak, enjoy water games and take photographs. The 600 m zipline across the valley can be booked at your own expense.
16:30 — Return to Dong Hoi
Travel back to Dong Hoi, with a possible stop to buy local specialities as gifts.

Included
- Air-conditioned vehicle with Dong Hoi pickup and drop-off throughout the programme.
- Vietnamese- or English-speaking tour guide throughout the route.
- Admission to the attractions specified in the programme.
- Return boat trip to Phong Nha Cave on the Son River.
- One lunch at a local restaurant.
- Incense and flowers at spiritual sites, if included in the itinerary.
- Two bottles of drinking water per guest per day.
- Two cooling towels per guest per day.
- Travel insurance with a maximum benefit of VND 20,000,000 per guest per incident.

- Personal expenses and services outside the programme.
- Drinks during meals and other additional expenses.
- Optional activities not listed as included, particularly the Hava Valley zipline.

Tips and additional expenses
Vietnamese guests: tips are optional, with a suggested amount from VND 50,000 per guest per day if satisfied with the service.
Foreign guests: the recommended tip is USD 3 per guest per day.
The price covers the listed services. Extra services or individual requests are paid directly where used.

Age is calculated from the full date of birth on the departure date.
Surcharge
Foreign nationals: VND 250,000 per person per day for programme operating and service costs. Moterra will advise before departure if the provider or attraction management changes these charges.
Booking and payment
Pay a 50% deposit when confirming the booking.
The remaining 50% is due 7 days before departure.
For private groups, send the participant list after confirming the group so Moterra can arrange services.
Documents and VAT invoices
Adults: valid national ID, passport or other valid identification.
Children under 14: original birth certificate or valid passport. Ages 14 and over: valid national ID or passport.
Children travelling with relatives without a parent must carry any documents required by the carrier or authorities.
Foreign nationals need an original valid passport and a visa, visa exemption or valid entry documents where required. Documents must meet the Vietnamese rules applicable at the time of travel.
For a VAT invoice, provide full billing details before payment or departure.
General conditions
The itinerary may be adjusted for weather, traffic or attraction-management requirements while retaining the committed services.
For force majeure, including natural disasters, storms, floods, epidemics, traffic incidents or official decisions, Moterra will work with guests to adjust the itinerary or departure date.
Keep sites clean, protect the landscape and follow local visitor rules.
